What To Expect & What To Bring To Your Men's Group Session

Please take a few minutes to read the section below to set yourself up for success for the men's group

1. Please make sure to arrive at least 10-15 minutes early before the start of the session so that you can introduce yourself, find a spot in the circle and get yourself set up and settled in prior to us starting. 

2. If you are going to be late or miss the session, please text me at 1-778-840-2318 as soon as you know of the change of plans. If you are going to be late, just note that I won't be checking my phone 10 minutes prior to the start of session. 

3. If you are going to be late for the session, just come into the session quietly and get yourself set up and step into the circle.

4. If you have any questions or concerns before or at any point of the men's group session, please feel free to share your feedback with me either within the group space or privately as you feel comfortable. 

5. Please make sure to wear comfortable clothing as there will be movement but also sitting or lying down in the experience. You'll also want to bring water, a yoga mat, a notebook and a pen for the men's group experience.
